Previous Work Experience

Project Manager Consultant — BaySon Co.—Hanover NH, provided part-time independent project management services to owner for initial phases of the renovations of an existing office/apartment building complex into a residential condominium complex. Responsibilities included administering the planning and local/state permitting phases as well as managing the initial site and utility infrastructure renovations.
